Baker & Daniels Adds 18 Lawyers to Practice Groups

Eighteen lawyers have joined Baker & Daniels LLP as associates in its Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and South Bend offices.

Practicing in the law firm's Indianapolis locations are Debra J. Brooks, Jared R. Danilson, Brian R. Garrison, Ryan A. Hamilton, Seth P. Haskell, Chinekwu O. Iloabachie, Marc D. Pfleging, Christopher W. Smith, Stephanie L. Spirer, David S. Wagner, Mary F. Wyman and Laura D. Yockey.

Joining Baker & Daniels in its Fort Wayne office are Brian P. Clifford, Carmen M. Files, Kyle B. Osting and Amber L. Stefankiewicz. Working in the South Bend office are Kathryn E. Anderson and Allison M. Sell.

All 18 attorneys are 2006 law school graduates.

Debra Brooks joins the benefits and executive compensation practice. She earned a bachelor's degree from Ball State University and graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.

Jared Danilson practices in the insurance and financial services group. He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School after receiving master's and bachelor's degrees from Rockhurst University.

Brian Garrison joins the labor and employment practice. He earned a bachelor's degree from DePauw University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law.

Ryan Hamilton practices in business litigation. He graduated with distinction from Indiana University and magna cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.

Seth Haskell joins the corporate finance practice. He graduated cum laude from both Miami University and the University of Minnesota Law School.

Chinekwu Iloabachie practices in business litigation after earning a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University and juris prudence from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Marc Pfleging works in the real estate and land use group. He received his bachelor's degree from DePauw University and graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.

Christopher Smith practices in business litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.

Stephanie Spirer joins the public and municipal finance practice. She received her bachelor's degree from Ohio Northern University with high honors and graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary.

David Wagner practices in the labor and employment group. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law after earning his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from the University of Arizona.

Mary Wyman joins the emerging companies and private capital practice. She received her bachelor's degree with highest distinction from Indiana University and juris prudence summa cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. Before her legal career, Wyman spent 22 years as a certified public accountant, concentrating in federal and state tax issues.

Laura Yockey practices in the life sciences group. She graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University and cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.

Brian Clifford practices in construction, environmental and real property litigation. He received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University and graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.

Carmen Files joins the firm's practice in commercial and industrial real estate acquisitions. She earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, M.B.A. from Indiana University – Fort Wayne and juris prudence from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. Before law school, Files spent more than six years at Superior Essex as a senior sales administrator, sales supervisor and then a senior pricing analyst.

Kyle Osting practices in business litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Ohio State University and graduated cum laude from the Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University.

Amber Stefankiewicz joins the firm's labor and employment practice. She received her bachelor's degree from Indiana University and juris prudence degree from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.

Kathryn Anderson practices in business litigation. She graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School after earning her bachelor's degree summa cum laude at Notre Dame.

Allison Sell joins the public and municipal finance practice group. She earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Notre Dame before graduating cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
