Directors Rank Drinker Biddle Among Top Corporate Law Firms in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA (June 21, 2004) -- Directors of more than 2,000 publicly traded companies have ranked Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP among the best corporate law firms in Philadelphia, according to a survey conducted by Corporate Board Member magazine.

The survey, which also includes a national component, ranks the corporate law practices of law firms in 50 U.S. metropolitan markets. Drinker Biddle was ranked among the top five in Philadelphia for the fourth year in a row.

Corporate Board Member surveyed directors serving on boards of publicly traded companies listed on the NASDAQ, New York or American stock exchanges. Corporate Board Member provided respondents with a list of the 20 largest area law firms and asked them to select the firm they would most want to represent their company on a broad range of corporate legal issues. The top five law firms in 50 metropolitan markets are listed in the July/August issue of Corporate Board Member magazine.
