Overview
Keeping workers safe is an important priority for employers. Faegre Drinker helps employers comply with the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and similar state laws. We can represent you during investigations conducted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and similar governmental agencies in state plan jurisdictions.
