Mama’s Creations, Inc. asked Faegre Drinker for legal counsel in connection with its acquisition of the business of Crown I Enterprises Inc. for $17.5 million. Crown I Enterprises Inc., a Sysco company, is best known for manufacturing and selling ready-to-eat protein focused meals. Faegre Drinker also advised Mama’s Creations on the acquisition’s financing, which included an amendment and restatement of the company’s credit facility and a private placement of shares of the company’s common stock. The acquisition and private placement were successfully completed on September 2, 2025.
