North America - United States | North America | United States - Colorado

Our firm represented the owners of two small lots used for event parking for the National Western Stock Show complex being taken by the City and County of Denver for a project to expand the National Western Center complex. The City claimed the property was worth only $235,000.

After a four-day trial, the firm obtained a valuation award of $660,000, plus interest, attorney fees and costs, bringing the total just compensation for our clients to approximately $1.2 million.
