A staffing services company successfully defended a class action alleging that using a paycard system to pay wages violated Pennsylvania's Wage Payment and Collection Law. Our firm represented the staffing company in moving to compel arbitration pursuant to an arbitration agreement between the plaintiff and the paycard company.
