Headquartered in Latham, New York, PrimaLoft is a materials science company specializing in advanced branded technical products including insulation, fabric, and yarn for outdoor, fashion, and other industries. The deal closed on October 5, 2017. Our firm represented PrimaLoft in the transaction.
