Overview

Ken Ludlum assists clients with a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, with a specific emphasis on emerging and middle market businesses. Ken advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, ongoing compliance with federal securities laws, and general corporate governance matters.

A significant portion of Ken’s practice involves representing middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies in corporate and commercial transactions. He has counseled private equity firms in connection with their sale and acquisition of numerous companies throughout the United States and in diverse range of industries.

While in law school, Ken served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and for the Honorable John L. Musmanno of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Ken served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Analysis & Writing program.
