Bracket, a leading clinical trial technology and specialty services provider, acquired CLINapps Inc., an international software development and consulting firm that offers a comprehensive supply chain management product suite designed to meet the unique requirements of biopharmaceuticals management. Bracket also acquired the assets of an India-based affiliate of the target. Our firm represented Bracket in the acquisition.
