Enstar Group Enters Into Reinsurance Agreements with Sun Life Assurance

Enstar Group entered into two 100% reinsurance agreements with Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada and its U.S. branch, along with a related administration agreement. In the transaction, an Enstar subsidiary reinsured all of Sun Life's run-off workers compensation carve-out and occupational accident business. Our firm represented Enstar Group in the transaction.
