U.S. Beverage Company in India Resolves FCPA Internal Investigation

A U.S. public beverage company operating in India engaged Faegre Drinker to lead a FCPA investigation into improper use of company assets and third-party intermediaries for government regulators and employees of state-owned retail outlets.
