Anthem, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Simply Healthcare Holdings, Inc., which, through its two subsidiaries, Simply Healthcare Plans, Inc. and Better Health, Inc., is a leading managed care company for people enrolled in Medicaid and Medicare.
