SPS Commerce Acquires Leadtec Systems Australia

SPS Commerce acquired the assets of Leadtec Systems Australia Pty Ltd for $12.7 million in cash and $2.2 million of stock. Our firm served as U.S. counsel to SPS Commerce, and the client also had local counsel in Australia.
