Sinclair Medicine Bow Pipeline Expansion Project

Sinclair Transportation Company acquired additional pipeline and easement rights in the first 67-mile long phase of a project to expand an existing 250-mile pipeline corridor from Wyoming to the Denver metro area. Our firm represented Sinclair in acquiring more than 50 new easements needed for the project through voluntary agreements and condemnation litigation.
