A credit insurance issuer filed a motion to dismiss a putative class action alleging that it had fraudulently induced the purchase of credit life, credit disability and involuntary unemployment coverages. The plaintiff then voluntarily dismissed the action. Our firm represented the insurance issuer. Ponder v. SunTrust Banks, Inc., No. SU11CV0054 (Ga. Super. Ct.).
