A national broker-dealer conducted an internal investigation after discovering that one of its employees had absconded with hundreds of thousands of dollars from the bank in which she worked. Our firm advised the broker-dealer in the investigation as well as in connection with the regulatory investigation by FINRA, coordinating with the FBI and preventing related civil litigation.
