Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Reaches Settlements, Brings Wind-Up Forward

The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) negotiated a settlement in multijurisdictional litigation proceedings that included the sale of an Indian real estate holding company out of an Indian resolution process. Patrick Corr acted for IBRC in relation to the Indian assets, which facilitated the settlement of long-standing and high-profile litigation between IBRC and the family of Sean Quinn and brought forward IBRC’s wind-up by a year.
