Hearth Product Manufacturer Obtains Summary Judgment in Personal Injury and Property Damage Case

A major hearth product manufacturer defended against an action filed by plaintiff homeowners in a Wisconsin state court seeking personal injury and property damages caused by alleged defects in a pellet stove.  Our firm represented the manufacturer and obtained complete summary judgment, resulting in the dismissal of all the plaintiffs’ claims.
