Wells Fargo Completes Workout of Equipment Lease Originator

Our firm represented Wells Fargo, as the trustee, in connection with the workout of the originator and servicer of securitized equipment leases. As the trustee, Wells Fargo moved the servicing of equipment leases to other parties, liquidated assets and collected damages after the failure of the T&W Financial Services Company.
