Foreign Sales Corporation Qualifies as Foreign Operating Company Under Minnesota Law

The Minnesota Supreme Court held that Hutchinson Technology's foreign sales corporation also qualified as a foreign operating company under Minnesota law. The ruling required the state to pay refunds to Hutchinson Technology that were estimated to exceed $400 million. Our firm represented Hutchinson Technology in this case.
