Airline Company Wins Summary Judgment in Antitrust Class Action

An airline company won summary judgment in a nationwide antitrust class action brought by travel agents. Our firm represented the airline in the class action lawsuit.

Travel agents brought the antitrust claims against domestic and international airlines over the airlines' imposition of caps on, and ultimate elimination of, travel agent commissions. Summary judgment was affirmed on appeal by U.S. Court of Appeals for Fourth Circuit.
