Insurance Company Wins Dismissal of Collision Claims Putative Class Action

A national insurance company secured the dismissal of a putative class action arising out of the company's practice for collision claims. The dismissal was affirmed by the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our firm represented the insurance company in the trial and appeal, and partner Heather Carson Perkins presented the oral argument for the 10^th Circuit.
