Overview
Alyssa Wolf is a litigator who supports clients through energetic problem-solving and zealous advocacy. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation (including breach-of-contract actions, health care fraud, noncompetes and class actions), and white collar defense (including government investigations, subpoena responses and advising on corporate governance).
In these matters, Alyssa manages all phases of litigation and arbitration — from pre-litigation negotiations and investigations, to pretrial discovery and motion practice, to experience on trial teams. She drafts, edits and timely files all types of litigation pleadings, motions, and offensive and responsive discovery. Alyssa also regularly gives client-facing presentations and helps clients conduct internal interviews for efficient fact-gathering relevant to litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Alyssa was a litigation associate at another large international law firm. Alyssa also clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Illman in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California from 2020 to 2021.
