Overview
With a track record in health care advocacy and experience on Capitol Hill, Elliot Vice brings a valuable perspective to legislative and regulatory policy developments at both the state and federal level.
Elliot previously served as the government affairs director for the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) in Washington, D.C., managing the organization's legislative and regulatory outreach, public policy agenda, and strategic relationships. Elliot's expertise lies at the nexus of state regulation of health care and its intersection with the federal government, with a particular focus on state licensing and interstate compacts. He also previously served on the American Telemedicine Association’s Policy Council and the Steering Committee of the Nursing Community Coalition.
In addition to his career work, Elliot dedicates his time to the community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Society of Washington, D.C., and of the Wabash Club of the Greater DMV.
Personal Interests
Elliot spends his free time with his wife, two kids and their dog at their home on Capitol Hill. He also enjoys competing with friends on the Peloton leaderboard and the golf course.
