Overview
Jaclyn Marasco is a corporate restructuring attorney experienced with high-profile bankruptcy cases and complex commercial litigation with a nexus to the state of Delaware. Having served as an associate at another Chambers-ranked Wilmington law firm, a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the U.S. Trustee in Delaware and a law clerk to two U.S. bankruptcy judges, Jaclyn has an in-depth understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and the many issues that emerge for clients affected by or considering bankruptcy or restructuring. Her extensive and varied experience benefits client debtors, creditors, court-appointed fiduciaries, asset purchasers, and other parties in Chapter 11 and other high-stakes commercial disputes, both in and out of the courtroom.
Jaclyn is also an active member of Faegre Drinker's Justice for Veterans Initiative, regularly serving as pro bono legal counsel to veterans and their spouses.
