Brian Kisielewski develops and manages pro bono initiatives for Faegre Drinker’s attorneys in Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Connecticut, as well as supporting firmwide initiatives.

Pro Bono Experience

Before joining the firm, Brian was Manager of Professional Development & Pro Bono Programs at a mid-size law firm in Philadelphia, where he served on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. He led the firm’s pro bono efforts, including work with attorneys, clients, the courts and legal aid organizations to maximize the firm’s impact within their communities. He also was legal director of the Elder Justice & Civil Resource Center within the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, which was the first court-sponsored office offering limited legal representation to elderly and low-income individuals in Philadelphia.

Legal Experience

Brian began his legal career in civil and criminal litigation as a law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas, and as a staff attorney in the PCRA & Habeas Corpus Criminal Appeals unit in Philadelphia. He later served as manager of the Civil Filing Center in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania’s Office of Judicial Records. In private practice, Brian represented tenants and debtors pro bono in municipal court proceedings.
