Zach has familiarity with a range of technologies, handling patents and trade secrets directed to wireless networking technology, signal processing algorithms, medical devices and consumer products. His experience in various stages of litigation — including drafting motions, preparing technical expert reports, and taking and defending depositions of expert and non-expert witnesses — inspires an understanding of the interplay between the different phases of litigation and how each one presents an opportunity to advance your interests.
