Samuel Jacques advises clients on corporate law and transactions.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Samuel served as a paralegal in the derivatives team at a multinational law firm, negotiating master agreements and ancillary documents for OTC derivatives, repo and securities lending transactions. Samuel also helped to advise clients on netting and collateral opinions, cross-border regulation and legal risk management. 

Personal Interests

In his spare time, Samuel enjoys clay pigeon shooting and playing badminton.
