Overview

Kassendra Galindo advises public and private companies, strategic acquirers, private equity sponsors, and founders in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other matters affecting corporate policy and strategy. Her clients have included companies of all sizes engaged in U.S. and cross-border transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, medical devices, consumer products, and retail. 

In addition to her focus on mergers and acquisitions, Kassendra has represented public companies and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions and advised public companies on SEC reporting requirements, proxy regulation, stock exchange listing standards, trading and disclosure issues, and general corporate governance matters.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Faegre, Kassendra practiced at Cooley LLP, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions transactions. She has also served as in-house counsel and assistant secretary for a NYSE-publicly listed company.
