Leasing and Financing

Jennifer represents tenants and landlords in all aspects of real estate leasing, including office, retail, industrial, ground and build-to-suit leasing. She also represents banks in connection with financing transactions secured by real estate mortgages and manages complex mezzanine financing for developers in both New Jersey and New York. She has also been commissioned to represent retail tenants in cross-coast rollouts.

Acquisitions and Dispositions

In addition to leasing and financing, Jennifer counsels clients in multimillion-dollar commercial real estate deals. She has represented developers in the purchase of mixed-use residential/retail projects in Tribeca, assisted a metal tooling company in the sale of its assets and leaseback of certain industrial sites, and facilitated a developer’s purchase of a collection of buildings from various sellers in lower Manhattan. Jennifer understands that client objectives vary — and she works carefully with buyers and sellers to confirm that individual transactions ladder up to their ultimate goals.
