Overview
Andy Campbell guides health care clients, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, through litigation and pre-litigation risk management. He has nationwide experience in a wide variety of litigations, from single-plaintiff cases to large multidistrict litigation and other coordinated proceedings.
Litigation Experience
Andy leads dynamic teams through domestic and international jurisdictional issues, complicated e-discovery, international cross-border discovery disputes, regulatory issues and scientific evidence. He also has extensive experience preparing for and trying product liability cases.
Product Liability Experience
Andy has represented clients in product liability cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals and all manner of consumer products, such as recreational vehicles, construction and farming equipment, workplace safety equipment, HVAC systems, and industrial cleaning products. He also has counseled clients on the regulatory and product liability risks associated with additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing.Related Legal Services
