Overview

Adrienne Franco Busby puts science and strategy to work for companies facing product liability litigation. She is an experienced litigator in product liability, commercial, employment, class action, mass tort and toxic tort matters. Adrienne has deep experience with presenting and cross-examining experts at trial.

Product Liability & Mass Torts

Adrienne represents local, national and international manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer products across the U.S. and in Canada. She is skilled in understanding and interpreting the science that affects product litigation.

Adrienne strengthens clients’ cases by preparing expert witnesses in disciplines including:

Adrienne has defended companies involved in asbestos, toxic exposure, pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts. She leads mass tort teams and coordinates defense strategies in national and cross-border litigation.  Adrienne also has experience handling complex medical causation issues, including allegations related to systemic toxicity, cardiac injury and cancer.
