Erica MacDonald Speaks to WCCO-TV About Minnesota Fraud Indictments

WCCO-TV turned to business litigation partner Erica MacDonald for insight on the U.S. Attorney’s Office charging 47 people for allegedly defrauding a federal child nutrition program in Minnesota.

“During the pandemic, once we sent all those kids home and shut down the schools, the kids weren’t at school. We’re talking about this alleged scheme and reporting children that just didn’t exist.”
