Fred Reish Addresses Future DOL Fiduciary Regulation With InvestmentNews

In “DOL Turns Its Focus To Next Iteration of Investment Advice Reg,” InvestmentNews turns to benefits and executive compensation partner Fred Reish for his commentary on the United States Department of Labor’s potential rule to expand the definition of who is a fiduciary to retirement savers.

“On [the DOL’s] wish list would be a fiduciary regulation that says, at least in some situations, a single piece of advice is fiduciary advice,” said Reish. “Rollovers would be an example.”
