Mark Taticchi Named One of The Legal Intelligencer’s 2020 “Lawyers on the Fast Track”

Philadelphia partner Mark D. Taticchi was selected by The Legal Intelligencer as one of its “Lawyers on the Fast Track” for 2020.

The “Lawyers on the Fast Track” award “celebrates the next generation of legal leaders.” The Legal Intelligencer Professional Excellence honorees will be recognized in special editorial sections and at an awards dinner set for September 9, 2020 at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia.

Taticchi, one of 24 “Lawyers on the Fast Track” statewide, represents and counsels clients in appellate litigation, complex civil disputes and class action cases. He is a frequent author on consumer contracts, class actions and other legal issues, and has prepared successful petitions to the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court, persuaded the U.S. Courts of Appeals on behalf of clients, and drafted numerous certiorari petitions and amicus briefs in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. Taticchi earned his bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School, order of the coif, where he served as editor-in-chief of The George Washington Law Review.
