Tony Pozos Discusses Criminal Opioid Enforcement

Philadelphia partner Tony Pozos was quoted by Law360 on recent criminal opioid enforcement trends. Tony comments that it appears the DOJ is “developing a playbook for charging regional distributors under the Controlled Substances Act.” Tony also notes that the government is reviewing corporate compliance programs, and expects that the government will continue to stress substance over form while evaluating compliance programs in the future.
