Repricing Limited Liability and Separate Entity Status

Bill Clark and Alicia Hickok authored, “Repricing Limited Liability and Separate Entity Status” for the second issue of the 40th volume of the Seattle University Law Review.

In recent decades, more entities have gained access to the protection of limited liability, but little attention has been paid to the consequences, and especially the public policy ramifications of these broader protections. This article addresses both theoretical and practical concerns arising from the change.
