Amendments to California’s New Paid Sick Leave Law

Los Angeles partner Pascal Benyamini wrote an article titled, "Amendments to California’s New Paid Sick Leave Law," for the Laborsphere blog. The article discusses how California employers, and non-California employers are required to provide paid sick leave to any employee who works 30 days or more within a year under the Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act of 2014 (the “HWHFA”) as of July 1, 2015.
