Work Visas & Permanent Residence Options for Tech and IT Professionals: Strategies for Employers

Our discussion will focus on computer science, software development, AI, engineering, data science and other tech-related roles within a broad range of industries, including the software and IT industries. Considering the administration’s reforms on immigration processes, we will discuss common work visas including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1 and areas of renewed scrutiny. Our panelists will also speak to permanent residence options for these IT professionals, including PERM applications and current difficulties in the process with broad layoffs in the tech industry.
