Partner and deputy chair of the intellectual property group, Bob Stoll, was on a panel entitled “Incentives Shaping the Current Prosecution Process.” The panel was part of the NYU Law program “Rethinking Patent Prosecution, Review and Litigation” in New York City. The moderator was Bruce Wexler (Paul Hastings) and the other panelist was Mark Vallone (IBM).
