2022 Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench and Bar Conference

Faegre Drinker Partner and IP group Deputy Chair Bob Stoll moderated a panel at the Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench and Bar conference on June 17, 2022. The session, titled "The COVID Waiver Issue and the Impact of the Pandemic on the U.S. Position on TRIPs," was very timely as the TRIPs Council reached agreement on a text the night before the panel spoke.
