Faegre Drinker Partner Kim Jones will speak in a breakout session at the upcoming 2022 DRI Life, Health Disability, and ERISA Seminar in Nashville, TN. Kim's presentation on Wednesday May 18, “Civil (Procedure) Unrest: The Circuits' Approach to ERISA Fact-Finding," will highlight the different approaches to civil procedure and appellate review in order to help avoid procedural pitfalls and focus the court on the merits of the case.
