DEI in Health Care: Turning a Heavy Topic into a Manageable Lift

In a presentation for the Chicago Bar Association's Health Law Committee, Faegre Drinker Associate Sumaya Noush participated in a panel discussion with Lesley Arca, Associate at Roetzel & Andrews, Greg Fosheim, Partner at McDermott Will & Emery, and Nicki Salcedo at Dario Health. Sumaya and her fellow panelists spoke about the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts in the health care setting for reducing health care disparities and improving organizational financial outcomes.
