Role of Misinformation in Driving IP Policy and Legislation

On October 17, 2022, Faegre Drinker Partner and Deputy Chair of the IP Group Bob Stoll moderated a plenary panel of the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) in Amsterdam. Bob's topic was the "Role of Misinformation in Driving IP Policy and Legislation". The panelists included:  Vishal Amin (Intel), Josh Landau (Computer and Communications Industry Association, Elis Melon (UCB) and Corey Salsberg (Novartis). There were over 140 international registrants for the FCBA program.
