On September 30, 2021, DC partner and deputy chair of the IP Group, Bob Stoll, participated on a panel at the virtual Eastern Regional Meeting of AUTM on a session entitled, “Inventions in Life Sciences – Is There Anything Left To Patent?” Other panelists included Warren Woessner (Schwegman) and Kevin Noonan (MBHB). Bob spoke about the chances of 101 legislation on the Hill.
