Steve Serfass Honored With Intercompany Long-Term Care Insurance Recognition Award

Insurance partner Steve Serfass received the Intercompany Long-Term Care Insurance (ILTCI) Recognition Award at the 2026 ILTCI Conference in Orlando.

For over 25 years, Serfass has been a trusted leader and counselor in the long-term care insurance community. As founder of Faegre Drinker’s long-term care insurance (LTCi) team, he has chaired numerous LTCi cases, guided companies through regulatory compliance, led audits, and helped design new products for policyholders.

Over the last several years, Serfass has been part of the team that established and now shepherds the Long-Term Care Insurance Consortium, a group of LTC insurers and reinsurers that have come together to advance and speed learning about critical issues facing the community.
