American Bankruptcy Institute Recognizes Jacyln Marasco as a 2026 ‘40 Under 40’ Honoree

Finance and restructuring partner Jaclyn Marasco has been recognized by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) as a 2026 “40 Under 40” honoree, which recognizes 40 top industry professionals under the age of 40.

ABI’s 40 Under 40 program launched in 2017 to celebrate rising leaders in the industry who are making a meaningful impact in the bankruptcy and insolvency community through their leadership, achievements, and service.

Marasco is a skilled litigator and problem-solver with a focus on disputes involving financial distress. She leverages her broad range of experience to craft and execute effective strategies for a variety of clients and co-counsel in high-stakes bankruptcy matters, complex commercial litigation, and other business disputes.

Honorees will be recognized during ABI's Winter Leadership Conference on December 4, 2026.
