Faegre Drinker Real Estate Team Honored at 2025 Smart Growth Awards

A Faegre Drinker team led by real estate partner Christopher DeGrezia was recognized at the 2025 Smart Growth Awards for their work with Princeton-based architecture firm JZA+D in connection with the development of the Nelson Glass House.

The Nelson Glass House was selected as one of seven honorees at the Smart Growth Awards. Faegre Drinker represented the Nelson family in an adaptive reuse application converting a glass services building into retail and a residential multi-use development in downtown Princeton. Faegre Drinker also handled a related tax appeal, which was led by partner David Suess and associate Scott Wardell. Associate Anthony Todaro also supported the matter.
