Faegre Drinker Recognized as a Client Service Leader by BTI Consulting

Faegre Drinker is proud to be recognized by BTI Consulting (BTI) for providing excellent client service, ranking number 11 out of 282 law firms in BTI’s Client Service A-Team 2021: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance report.

The firm was also named by BTI as one of the top five law firms out of 70 who improved client service more than all others. According to BTI, these firms improved at more than twice the rate of other law firms and were able to step up and help clients in new and unexpected ways.

BTI’s reporting is based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from 350 top legal decision makers at large organizations across over 15 industry segments with $700 million or more in revenue.
