Faegre Drinker Promotes 5 to Counsel for 2022

Faegre Drinker is pleased to announce the promotion of five attorneys to counsel, effective Jan. 1, 2022.

The group spans across three offices and includes skilled litigators and advisers from the firm’s business litigation, intellectual property, investment management, and product liability and mass torts practice groups.

Below are the five new counsel, listed alphabetically by location.

Philadelphia

Catherine DiValentino represents and counsels organizations in the financial services industry, including investment companies and investment advisers. She advises clients on a variety of investment management and securities law matters.

Christian Piccolo represents clients in a variety of complex commercial matters involving alleged false claims act violations, consumer protection claims, contract disputes and products liability actions. She participates in all aspects of litigation from pre-complaint counseling to trial.

Silicon Valley

Lucas Tomsich defends clients in intellectual property litigation, focusing on complex patent cases. His litigation experience includes litigation experience includes merits/pre-suit investigations, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions and claim construction.

Washington, D.C.

Brianna Silverstein is a trusted litigator experienced in all areas of patent litigation. She litigates in district courts around the country and has litigated cases in various technology fields, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computer science.

Jonathan Todt represents clients in a variety of antitrust and civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on investigations and enforcement actions by the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, and state attorneys general.

Additionally, Faegre Drinker promoted 28 attorneys to partner for 2022.
